From America’s Life Trainer: Live Healthy!

Look at the people who’ve had the most success in their career and personal life and compare them to those whose bodies are weak and de-conditioned. Compare the time in and out of hospitals and doctors’ offices versus the time available for getting and keeping their respective bodies strong and resilient; the time confined to bed versus the freedom to do what they like. Which would you prefer?
A relatively healthy body produces enough energy to provide for your daily needs: going to work, perform everyday tasks and survive mild health snafus such as the common cold. But what if you could boost your energy to get more from your body – to do more, achieve more and be more?
